- MOIST HONEY CAKE - Trophy - 1 3/4 cups SR Flour sifted, 3/4 cup castor
sugar, 155g melted butter, 3 eggs beaten, 1/2 cup honey, 3/4 cup sour cream.
Preheat oven to 180°C, place flour and sugar in a bowl. Mix butter, eggs,
honey and sour cream until well combined in a separate bowl. Add butter
mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Spoon mixture into
greased 25cm fluted ring tin and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.

- ORANGE CAKE, ICED - Trophy
- GINGER CAKE, ICED
- DAIRY AND EGG FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE - Trophy - 1 1/2 cups sifted Plain
Flour, 3 tbl cocoa, 1/2 tsp salt, 5 tbl oil, 1 cup water, 1 tsp carb soda, 1
small cup sugar, 1 tbl vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix all ingredients together.
Put into greased, lined tin and bake for approx. 1 hour at 180°C. Icing: 1
1/2 cups icing sugar, 2 tbl cocoa and hot water to mix.
