  11. MOIST HONEY CAKE - Trophy - 1 3/4 cups SR Flour sifted, 3/4 cup castor sugar, 155g melted butter, 3 eggs beaten, 1/2 cup honey, 3/4 cup sour cream. Preheat oven to 180°C, place flour and sugar in a bowl. Mix butter, eggs, honey and sour cream until well combined in a separate bowl. Add butter mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Spoon mixture into greased 25cm fluted ring tin and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.

  13. ORANGE CAKE, ICED - Trophy
  14. GINGER CAKE, ICED
  15. DAIRY AND EGG FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE - Trophy - 1 1/2 cups sifted Plain Flour, 3 tbl cocoa, 1/2 tsp salt, 5 tbl oil, 1 cup water, 1 tsp carb soda, 1 small cup sugar, 1 tbl vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix all ingredients together. Put into greased, lined tin and bake for approx. 1 hour at 180°C. Icing: 1 1/2 cups icing sugar, 2 tbl cocoa and hot water to mix.
